About OHLC

The Oregon Health Leadership Council (OHLC) was formed in 2008 at the request of four major business groups (Oregon Business Council, Associated Oregon Industries, Oregon Business Association, and Coalition of Oregon Health Care Purchasers) seeking to take action to slow the rate of increase in health care costs and premiums. The council is currently comprised of the leaders of hospital systems, medical groups, health plans, the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems, the Oregon Medical Association, and the Oregon Primary Care Association.
